Experience to test situations that, at first glance, may not be obvious: this is what we have been offering since 2004.


We combine the typical methods of non-destructive testing in the construction sector with the activity of:

    works management, planning, static and environmental analyses


We focus on the integration of skills to achieve an in-depth knowledge of the building envelope in question.


Direct knowledge of the casing, obtained using methods and instrumentation for non-destructive investigations, allows us to optimize the most effective type of intervention.


A combined use of knowledge, experience and experimental investigations allows us to solve problems that cannot be known using a purely theoretical approach. Non-destructive testing can, therefore, have a strategic importance not only for achieving pre-established safety objectives but also for recognizing all the problems that cannot be detected with the naked eye.

    Post-fire operation for the evaluation of structures that still have their load-bearing capacity


    Verification of wooden structures with minimally invasive investigations, capable of detecting hidden critical elements


    Analysis of the thermo-hygrometric behavior of a building in order to provide solutions in the case of the presence of humidity, condensation and detached plaster


    Evaluation of the state of the concrete to determine the intervention to be performed


    Evaluation of balcony slabs with investigation also relating to the state of the reinforcement rods


    Mold analysis to determine the causes of their presence


    Analysis and verification of the presence of radon gas


    Use of laser scanners for reverse engineering and recovery of elements that are difficult to achieve today.


    The firm currently employs several collaborators thanks to whom it operates in the civil and industrial sectors.


The firm is completed by a division specialized in party and office technical consultancy which collaborates with various law firms.
